Overview

Secondary school students at Al Yasmina School receive their reports online via http://ays.pupiltracking.com. A code is provided the first time reports are accessed; then individual user names and passwords are set by parents and are used for each subsequent login.

The secondary school uses milestone marking. This means parents of students in Years 7-10 receive five snapshot reports which indicate their child's attainment and progress at each milestone point during the year. Students in Year 11 receive four snapshot reports; Post-16 students receive three. All secondary year groups receive a written report at the end of the academic year.

Each report provides information on:

  • The student's target grade or level
  • The grade or level at which they are currently working
  • Their progress (on, above or under) meeting their target grade or level
  • Their performance (graded 1-4) for attitude, homework, classwork and participation (Years 7-11)
  • Their performance (graded 1-4) for attitude, engagement, quality of work and independent (Post-16 students).
